4.1 Estimates Only

All financial calculations and outputs are estimates. They are intended to assist with financial planning and are not precise tax calculations. Actual tax owing or refundable may differ materially from any estimate produced by this Site.

4.2 Tax Rates Change

Tax rates, thresholds, brackets, contribution limits, exemptions, credits and other tax parameters change annually and are subject to legislative amendment at any time. WorkersPool makes reasonable efforts to update tax data on a regular basis, but we cannot guarantee that tax rates used in any tool are current, complete or accurate at the time of your use. 4.3 Individual Circumstances Vary

No output from any WorkersPool tool constitutes a tax return, a tax filing, an official tax document, or a submission to any tax authority. Tools are for planning purposes only. Filing obligations must be met separately through your tax authority's official channels or with the assistance of a qualified tax professional.

4.5 Consequences of Tax Errors

Reliance on an inaccurate tax estimate may result in underpayment of tax, late payment penalties, interest charges, or other consequences imposed by tax authorities. WorkersPool accepts no liability whatsoever for any taxes underpaid, overpaid, penalties incurred, interest charges, or any other financial loss or consequence arising from reliance on any output from our tools.

4.6 Consult a Professional

5.2 Employment Law Varies

Employment standards, workers' rights, notice requirements, leave entitlements, grievance procedures and related laws vary significantly between and within countries, provinces, states and territories, and between sectors and workplaces. Information that is accurate for one jurisdiction may be incorrect, incomplete or misleading in another. WorkersPool does not warrant that any employment law information presented on this Site is accurate or current for your specific jurisdiction.

5.3 Documents Are Starting Points Only

Any document, letter or template generated by WorkersPool is a starting point for your own drafting. It must be reviewed, personalised and verified for accuracy before use. 5.4 Legal Proceedings

WorkersPool includes tools related to workplace wellbeing, burnout, work-life balance, stress and mental health. These tools are educational and informational only.

• No wellbeing, burnout or health-related tool on this Site constitutes medical advice, mental health advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
• Results from wellbeing assessments and quizzes are not diagnostic tools and should not be used as the basis for any clinical or medical decision.

Some WorkersPool tools use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate text outputs including letters, scripts, bios, interview answers and similar content. The following applies to all AI-generated content:

7.1 AI Can Make Errors

7.2 You Are Responsible for Final Content

• Damages arising from errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information on the Site.
• Damages arising from the actions or omissions of any third party, including tax authorities, employers, courts, landlords, lenders, immigration authorities, or other parties to whom you present content generated on this Site.
• Damages arising from your failure to independently verify information before acting on it.
• Damages arising from Site unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content produced by tools on this Site.

You may use tools on this Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print or copy outputs produced by tools for your own personal or professional use (e.g. printing an invoice, copying a letter you have generated for your own use).

11.2 Prohibited Uses

Without express written permission from WorkersPool, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit the Site's underlying code, design, or content for commercial purposes.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Site in a systematic or automated manner.

11.3 Outputs You Generate
